Before we rub with salt in palm, chappathi flour will not attach to hands when kneading. Boiled Potatoes water is used for wash pots and utensils makes shining. We do not add more water for boiling vegetables else its vitamin and smell will goes out. Frying salt to prevent the pungent smell of dried red chillies in roasting. Keep the green chillies without stem in shade , it will be good for long days. Keep ghee with adding small pieces of jaggery for ghee freshness always When we making tiny rice ball recipe before punched it in needle and put in oil for fry. It wont break. Fold the round shaped chappathi dough for four sides then scroll it. Chappathi will be soft. Dont waste the stem of cabbage , it will be tasty when added into sambar. Pudding will not crack if we add a spoon of milk into the flour kneading. When placing the salt in a dish cloth paper and keep it in sweet or dessert box the smell will not come. For tasty Idly Sambar, fry pepper, cumin, red chillies, coriander seeds together in a pan. Then grind it powder. And sprinkle in Idly sambar. If we added more salt in gravy then add potato pieces it will reduce salty taste. During baking dosa , batter attaches to dosa pan. So Every time a white cloth with tamarind has spreaded on pan before making dosa , batter will not attach to it. |
