Ingredients : 1. Bajra - 2 kg 2. Ragi - 2 kg 3. Corn - 2 kg 4. Whole Green Gram - 1/2 kg 5. Horse Gram - 1/2 kg 6. Maize - 2 kg 7. Roasted Gram - 1 kg 8. Soya - 1 kg 9. Millet - 1/2 kg 10. Black Gram Split - 1/2 kg 11. Samba Wheat - 1/2 kg 12. Barley - 1/2 kg 13. Peanut - 1/2 kg 14. Flakes - 1/2 kg 15. Sago - 1/2 kg 16. White sesame seeds - 100 gm, 17. Poppy Seeds - 50 gm, 18. Cardamom - 50 gm, 19. Cashew Nuts - 50 gm, 20. Chirongi Nuts - 50 gm, 21. Badam - 50 gm, 22. Oregano - 50 gm, 23. Dry ginger - 50 gm, 24. Pista - 50 gm, 25. Mutmeg - 2, 26. Quercus Incana(Maasikkai) - 2 Method: 1. Soak Bajra, Ragi, Corn, Whole Green Gram, Horse Gram like all cereals given in water for half a day. Then drain the water and keep them in muslin cloth and tied it. Take it out after half a day. It will be well sprouted. To keep them dry in the sun for three days. Take all the ingredients given to flour mill to grind. Dried it for four hours then now tasty nutrient flour is ready. 2. Eating porridge , the body gets necessary nutrients and energy. Helps to reduce body weight because it has low cholesterol and carbohydrate. Its perfect food for kids. Elder people feel its the power of food. Easy to digest. |
